<p>The present invention relates to a multi-layer extruder for manufacturing a tire. More particularly, according to the invention, an extruded material discharged from the extruding cylinders (11) which are different from one another is discharged and laminated simultaneously by a flow path of a multi-layer extruded product, wherein the flow path is formed by a plurality of movable heads which are closely combined with one another and installed in a discharge outlet of the extruding cylinders (11). In addition, a clamp rod (30) controlling close fixing and opening of a movable head (20) and a gradient block (60) giving a traction force to the clamp rod (30) in an axial direction are included separately wherein an enlarged diameter unit (35) is formed in a rear end of the clamp rod (30), and when the gradient block is moved backward, the enlarged diameter unit (35) is closely contacted to a back side of the gradient block and the clamp rod (30) is towed backward, and a pinion driven by a motor (37) is engaged with a rack which is formed in an outer peripheral surface of the cramp rod (30) thus the clamp rod (30) can be moved reciprocally more smoothly without a separate fluid cylinder for transfer. In addition, according to the invention, a single supporting frame (13) may include a configuration that pulls the clamp rod (30) which is coupled to the movable head (20) such as a pressure wedge (50) and the gradient block (60), etc., and a configuration that moves backward the clamp rod (30) which is released from restriction of the movable head (20). Finally, the extruder according to the invention has an advantage of minimizing drastically a standard size of a supporting frame (13) which is installed in an extruder of a tire having the same output and the same size.</p> |
