Provided is a modified liquid diene rubber including an acryloyl group or a methacryloyl group which have superior adhesiveness with a variety of materials, in which the rubber: is highly compatible with a variety of monomers, for example acrylate or methacrylate which have comparatively high polarity; allows for the efficient production of a curable resin composition containing the modified liquid diene rubber; and has satisfactory curing speed during curing, with the cured product obtained from the curable resin composition having superior mechanical properties derived from the modified liquid diene rubber. Also provided is a curable resin composition containing the modified liquid diene rubber. The modified liquid diene rubber (A) includes, within a molecule: a modified group (a) that partially includes a (meth)acryloyl group; and a modified group (b) of at least one type of group selected from a dicarboxylic acid monoester and a dicarboxylic acid monoamide, and not partially including a (meth)acryloyl group. The functional group equivalent weight of the modified group (a) and the modified group (b) together is within the range of 700-40,000g/eq. |
