PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a risk that operation of a motorized compressor is stopped while voltage of a battery is low but still within a range of working voltage even though a temperature of a switching element is well below an upper temperature limit.SOLUTION: A control computer 30 sets a temperature threshold using a function with direct voltage detected by a voltage sensor 32 as a variable so that the temperature threshold gradually increases from a reference value, which is equal to an upper temperature limit of switching elements 21 and 22 when voltage of a battery 25 is the highest in a range of working voltage thereof, as the voltage of the battery 25 decreases toward a lower voltage side within the range of the working voltage. |
