PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating glioblastoma or colorectal cancer by using at least one hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)-Met inhibitor and at least one epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitor.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition of the invention comprises an HGF-Met inhibitor to be administered with an EGFR inhibitor, where the HGF-Met inhibitor is antibody 2.12.1, and the EGFR inhibitor is panitumumab (an antibody against EGFR), suitable for administration of a therapeutically effective amount of the HGF-Met inhibitor, concurrent with, prior to, or subsequent to the administration of the EGFR inhibitor. |
