PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay conveyance device such that a jammed form can be easily taken out, and a printing system with the same.SOLUTION: A relay conveyance device includes: a form conveyance part 410 having a carry-in opening 60 in which a form is carried, a carry-out opening 61 out of which the form is carried, and a conveyance path between the carry-in opening and carry-out opening; and a support part 420 which supports the form conveyance part. The form conveyance part has an upper guide plate 411 and a lower guide plate 412 constituting the conveyance path, and the support part has a housing 421 which supports and encloses the upper guide plate and lower guide plate such that the carry-out opening is lower than the carry-in opening, and a horizontal shaft part which pivots a rear end of the lower guide plate in a front-rear direction orthogonal to a form conveyance direction on the housing such that the front end in the front-rear direction is rotatable on a horizontal shaft. The lower guide plate has an inclined end part in an inclined direction to the form conveyance direction between a downstream side end on a downstream side in the form conveyance direction and the front end. |
