PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coking oily cosmetic having resilience, allowing good extension and adhesion in application to the skin, improving unevenness and color tone of the skin, giving finish without powderiness, dryness and stickiness, and permitting excellent effect in persistence and time stability. ! SOLUTION: In an oily cosmetic, 30.0 to 70.0 mass% of a powder comprising components (a) and (b) in at least some relative to the total amount of the cosmetic, and 30.0 to 70.0 mass% of an oil solution comprising (c) relative to the total amount of the cosmetic are compounded, where the wax content is less than 10.0 mass% relative to the total amount of the cosmetic.
