PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer-taste beverage in which the alcoholic taste of added drinking alcohol is difficult to be conspicuously felt even for the case where the use ratio of wheat is lowered. ! SOLUTION: The beer-taste beverage is characterized in: comprising wheat-derived components and drinking alcohol; the purine body content is 1.1 mg/100 mL or less and the alcohol content is 1 to 8% (excluding 7% or more); and containing any one acidulant selected from among lactic acid, phosphoric acid, malic acid, succinic acid, citric acid and tartaric acid, and the acidulant content in terms of citric acid conversion is 250 to 1500 ppm. !
