In one embodiment, a method of a short-term listing server comprises verifying that an address is associated with a residential-property rentable by a host, permitting the host to list at least one room in the residential-property on an online rental listing system, booking the at least one room in the residential-property of the online rental listing system based on a request of a renter, processing a payment of the renter for the at least one room in the residential-property, permitting the host and the renter to rate and review each other through the online rental listing system, and creating a group associated with hosts and renters sharing common interests and previous stays in the at least one room in the residential-property. |
