The objective of the present invention is to provide a conveyor belt which has good characteristics and can be produced without requiring much time and effort. According to the present invention, the rubber composition for a crosslinked rubber that is in contact with a steel cord in a belt main body is configured to contain, per 100 parts by mass of a base rubber, from 1 part by mass to 10 parts by mass (inclusive) of a modified resorcin-formaldehyde condensate, from 0.5 part by mass to 7 parts by mass (inclusive) of a modified etherified methylol melamine, from 1 part by mass to 5 parts by mass (inclusive) of diethylene glycol and from 5 parts by mass to 45 parts by mass (inclusive) of silica. |
