<p>A multi-layer video signal decoding method, according to the present invention, determines a reference layer which is used for inter-layer prediction of a current layer on the basis of a direct dependency flag, determines whether a corresponding picture is used for inter-layer prediction of the current picture of the current layer on the basis of a temporal level indicator of the corresponding picture of the determined reference layer, and if the corresponding picture of the reference layer is used for inter-layer prediction of the current picture, performs either an inter-layer texture prediction or an inter-layer motion prediction for the current picture by using the corresponding picture according to the direct dependency type.</p> |
