<p>The present invention relates to a food material having at least one perforated hole which extends from a surface to the inside of a body, and to an apparatus for manufacturing the same. Thus, the present invention shortens the cooking time, thereby enabling prompt cooking, and lowers the cooking temperature, thereby enabling roasting and frying at low temperatures, thus suppressing the generation of harmful materials.</p> |
