<p>The present invention relates to a carbonization heat circulating kiln, which uses carbonization heat generated during manufacturing of charcoal to dry carbonized woods, comprising: a plurality of carbonization furnaces (A, B) for manufacturing charcoal; discharge ports (31, 32, 33, 34) for sucking and discharging gas and carbonization heat generated from the carbonization furnaces; heat transfer pipes (21, 22, 23) for transferring carbonization heat generated from one carbonization furnace to other carbonization furnaces; combustion ports (11, 12, 13, 14) for discharging unnecessary gas; valves (41, 42, 43, 44) for distributing gas and carbonization heat to the heat transfer pipes and combustion ports; control boards (51, 52) for operating the valves; and temperature/humidity sensors (61, 62, 63, 64) for collecting data for operation of the control boards. According to the present invention, a carbonization heat circulating kiln uses, through a heat transfer pipe (22), carbonization heat generated from a first carbonization furnace (A) to modify the moisture content in woods deposited in a second carbonization furnace (B), thereby removing the need for a wood drying chamber; using carbonization heat generated during carbonization to dry woods, to promote efficient use of waste heat generated during charcoal manufacturing; and reducing the time required for drying woods, to shorten the process of manufacturing charcoal.</p> |
