The present invention relates to a single crystal organic nanostructure and an organic semiconductor comprising the same. A method of manufacturing a single crystal organic nanostructure according to the present invention can be used to manufacture a single organic crystal nanostructure from organic compounds, by adjusting the sizes of intaglio and embossed portions within a stamp, and the single crystal organic nanostructure manufactured thereby demonstrates high charge mobility and high performance. The single crystal organic nanostructure may comprise a plurality of nanowires.
