The present invention relates to a streamline type valve for a distillation device, which is formed on a tray, comprising: a front surface, a rear surface, front side surfaces, rear side surfaces, and other flat surfaces, which all are formed streamline-shaped, wherein the length ratio of the front surface and rear surface is 1.3-1.8 : 1. The streamline type valve for a distillation device facilitates the motion of liquid at left and right sides to maximize the contact of air and liquid and thus promote efficiency; also the streamline type valve makes liquid flowing on the upper surface of the valve to move smooth along the streamline shaped surfaces without jumping, so that the height of liquid at the front surface of an end of a tray can be maintained uniformly to reduce a drop in the pressure without increasing the capacity of a column; and the streamline type valve decreases resistance coefficient for liquid flow to prevent deposition of fouling or sludge, so the operating time of a column can be increased to reduce maintenance costs for a factory. |
