PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper medium, information input device, and information input program that can acquire a file indicating entered information in a unit according to the requirement of a user.SOLUTION: A user can enter line drawings in a first instruction area 122 of a paper medium to instruct a reading device capable of using the paper medium to create a partial storage file indicating at least a part of information entered in an information entry area 121. The user can enter line drawings in a second instruction area 123 of the paper medium to instruct the reading device capable of using the paper medium to create a page storage file indicating the entirety of the information entered in the information entry area 121. |
