PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new active energy ray-polymerizable resin composition having excellent heat resistance and the like, and a laminate for an optical element which achieves easy and firm adhesion or a tight contact regardless of types of various optical films, has excellent polymerization curability at a low exposure dose, contains substantially no organic solvent, and has high durability by using an adhesive and/or a coating agent using the above active energy ray-polymerizable resin composition in lamination of various optical films.SOLUTION: The active energy ray-polymerizable resin composition essentially comprises an α,&bgr;-ethylenically unsaturated double bond group-containing compound (A) having one or more B atoms in the molecule, and an α,&bgr;-ethylenically unsaturated double bond group-containing compound (B) having no B atom in the molecule. |
