PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discontinuous mode DC-DC converter that allows easily adjusting current increase and decrease time through an inductor.SOLUTION: A DC-DC converter 1 includes a first switch 2 and a second switch 3 alternately operating to supply an output voltage Vout from an input voltage Vin and an inductor L. The DC-DC converter further includes a switching control unit 20 for determining a first switching time of the first switch and a second switching time of the second switch. The switching control unit includes a voltage-current conversion circuit for converting a comparison voltage that is the difference between an output voltage and an input voltage into a current. The voltage-current conversion circuit supplies a first current I1 for charging a first capacitor to a first voltage threshold to determine the first switching time, and supplies a second current I2 for charging a second capacitor C2 to a second voltage threshold to determine the second switching time.
