PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage adjusting circuit for obtaining an output voltage by dropping a source voltage, that can restrain output voltage fluctuations with a simple configuration. ! SOLUTION: A voltage adjusting circuit comprises: a voltage step-down unit (11); a reference potential setting unit (12); and an output unit (13). The voltage step-down unit (11) and the reference potential setting unit (12) are connected in series. The voltage step-down unit (11) comprises: a resistor (14) connected to a power source (2); and an adjusting unit (15) connected in series to the resistor (14) and the reference potential setting unit (12). The adjusting unit (15) comprises a constant potential difference generating unit (15a) and a variable resistor (15b) connected to each other in parallel.
