PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric conductive particles capable of reducing a connection resistance between electrodes when connecting between the electrodes and maintaining the connection resistance between the electrodes low, even when exposed in presence of acid. ! SOLUTION: A conductive particle 1 contains: a base particle 2; and a conductive layer 3 arranged on a surface of the base particle 2, and containing nickel. The conductive layer 3 containing nickel includes: a first region R1 containing nickel and phosphorus, a content of phosphorus being 5.0 wt.% or more; and a second region R2 containing nickel and boron, a content of boron being 0.5 wt.% or more. In a thickness direction of the conductive layer 3 containing nickel, an inner side part of the first region R1 is positioned on the base particle 2 side than whole of the second region R2 and an outer side part of the second region R2 is positioned on the opposite side to the base particle 2 than whole of the first region R1. !
