PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board case unit capable of reliably preventing a fraudulent act with respect to a control board. ! SOLUTION: A seal cutter member 90 is welded to a top case 60 in a closed state concerning a board case unit. In this case, when the top case 60 is tried to be relatively moved in an opening direction with respect to a bottom case 50, a lock piece 96 is abutted to a lock reception part 55, so as to restrict the relative movement in the opening direction. When a separation part 92 is broken from an outside to remove the lock piece 96 by separation from the seal cutter member 90, the abutment of the lock piece 96 to the lock reception part 55 is released, so as to permit the relative movement in the opening direction. When the top case 60 is relatively moved in the opening direction in this state, the seal cutter member 90 is integrally and relatively moved with the top case 60, so as to break a seal 80. !
