摘要 In the present invention, the times at which warmth retention for sample containers starts are determined on the basis of a room temperature detected by a room temperature sensor and the starting temperatures and ending temperatures during the temperature increase analyses of each sample, which are stored in an analysis condition storage unit. Because the cooling speed of each sample container varies depending on the room temperature, the cooling times (A12, B12, C12 ...) for each sample container can be predicted on the basis of the ending temperature of the sample during temperature increase analysis, the starting temperature of the next sample during temperature increase analysis, and the room temperature. Determining the warmth retention start times for each sample container on the basis of the sample container cooling times (A12, B12, C12 ...) predicted in this way makes it possible to prevent surplus times (A13, B13, C13 ...) after the cooling times from becoming unnecessarily long. Therefore, it is possible to enhance processing capacity compared to a configuration in which, as in the prior art, the warmth retention start times for sample containers are set so as to be offset by a fixed time interval.
