A natural fiber-containing suture-free shirt and a manufacturing method therefor. The natural fiber-containing suture-free shirt comprises a collar (1), front pieces (2), a rear piece (3), yokes (4), sleeves (5), a hem(7), cuffs (6), a placket (8), and a chest pocket (9). Seams, attached parts, or overseams are all connected into one body by using a polyurethane material according to a piece hot-melt bonding technology, and are made into a finished product by using three-dimensional ironing and bonding as well as cooling setting. The shirt manufacturing method does not need sewing threads and a sewing machine; the process is simple and can save resources and reduces manual work. The obtained shirt has smooth seams and a nice appearance, is soft, has a good color matching property, and provides a strong stereoscopic sensation; the added value of the shirt is increased; front sides and back sides of the seams have no difference, the non-ironing property is good, and non-ironing and wrinkle-free effects are provided. |
