The present invention relates to a convergence health care apparatus for providing integrated information of exercise and salinity and a health care system using the same. More specifically, the present invention comprises: a main frame (110) for providing salinity by food intake of the user, providing information on salinity measurement and analysis, and providing information on motion measurement and analysis by measuring movement by wearing and at the same time, checking the state of salt intake of the user, adjusting the amount of salt intake by linking with the amount of calorie consumption by exercise or movements, and providing the adjustment information; and a salinity measuring means (120) placed on the main frame with a sensor which can measure salinity. The present invention includes an algorithm which measures movements by wearing area of the user, measures the exercise information of the user, transmits the exercise information to a separate mobile application server, thereby making it possible to manage the exercise of the user systematically through a mobile application. In addition, the present invention measures salinity contained in food, calculates salinity consumed by an exercise of the user, and provides the integrated information about salt content, thereby making it possible to manage the proper amount of sodium intake and the exercise of the user. |
