The invention relates mainly to a device for attaching an upholstery cover of a motor vehicle seat to the framework of said seat, characterised essentially by comprising an attachment part (5, 5a) secured to the seat framework (1) and including a system (7, 8; 17) for preventing rotation relative to said seat framework (1), and at least one means (9, 9a) for holding at least one side portion (14) of said upholstery cover (11) relative to said attachment part (5, 5a). The invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising at least one such attachment device.
