<p>The present invention discloses a panel apparatus for the surge protection of a building fire protection system, which integrates a surge protector having a noise filter embedded therein to synthetically protect the fire protection system from surge and to manage the fire protection system. The panel apparatus for the surge protection of a building fire protection system according to the present invention comprises: an AC power surge protector connected to the load side of a breaker, which is connected in parallel with an AC power supply to supply AC power to a firefighting receiver of the fire protection system; a DC power surge protector connected to a DC terminal block separating DC power supplied to the fire protection system and a site; and a signal surge protector connected to a signal like connecting the fire protection system and the site. A surge protection panel integrates the AC power supply surge protector, the DC power supply surge protector, and the signal surge protector. The surge protection panel includes a CPU which receives surge information from the AC power supply surge protector, the DC power supply surge protector, and the signal surge protector and manages the surge information. Also, the AC power supply surge protector, the DC power supply surge protector, and the signal surge protector are grounded to a common ground connection through surge protective devices (SPD) for equipotential bonding, respectively.</p> |
