<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device which can suppress motor vibration generated at the time of hold control in a shorter time than a conventional one and an image formation device having the same. <P>SOLUTION: A drive device includes a position and speed follow-up controller 130. The position and speed follow-up controller 130 includes: a PID controller 140; a subtractor 131; a PWM circuit 133; a gain setting part 134; a gain setting instruction part 135; and a position deviation correction part 136. The gain setting instruction part 135 has a configuration that makes the gain setting part 134 set gain at the time of hold previously acquired by an experiment to cancel a position deviation when the position deviation output by the subtractor 131 corresponds to a predetermined ±e pulse and the position deviation continues for a predetermined time t from the time of hold at which the position deviation becomes a hold state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
