<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cogging torque with a simple operation for winding a coil, reduce a size and a weight of a motor, and also improve a motor efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An inner rotor type brushless motor comprises a rotor 10 having a permanent magnet 12, a stator core 21 having a plurality of tooth parts 21a around the rotor 10 at intervals in a peripheral direction, and a coil 22 wound around each of the tooth parts 21a. A connection part 21b connecting both of the tooth parts 21a, 21a is provided on a stator inner peripheral side between the adjacent tooth parts 21a, 21a, and a slot opening 20a communicating a slot space S between the both of the tooth parts 21a, 21a with a space on an outer periphery of the stator are provided on the stator outer peripheral side between both of the tooth parts 21a, 21a. A spacer 23, which is made of a magnetic substance and is an independent member for each of the slot opening 20a, is mounted in the slot opening 20a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
