摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat exchanger that secures a sufficient amount of heat to be exchanged per unit time. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling fluid supply pipe 23 and a steam supply pipe 3 are connected to a jacket part 11 of a reaction furnace 1. A sub-heat exchanger 27 is fixed to the outside of the jacket part 11. The upper and lower portions of the sub-heat exchanger 27 are connected inside the reaction furnace 1 across a circulation pump 28. A steam pressure control valve 7 and a gas-liquid separator 4 are fixed to the steam supply pipe 3. A steam trap 25 is connected to the lower portion of the gas-liquid separator 4. A fluid supply pipe 6 is connected between the steam pressure control valve 7 and the gas-liquid separator 4. A fluid ejector 20 is interposed in the fluid supply pipe 6. The suction chamber 22 of the fluid ejector 20 is connected to the outlet of the steam trap 25. In the jacket part 11, the reaction furnace 1 is heat exchanged, and at the outside of the jacket part 11, the sub-heat exchanger 27 is heat exchanged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
