<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a frame as a member for heat radiation in an electronic apparatus having a cover in which heat sinks are disposed and forming an outer wall of an air passage and a cooling fan. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling fan 40 is disposed at the opposite side of a circuit board across an upper frame 20 and is attached to the upper frame 20. A cover, having a shape covering an air passage and defining a wall of the air passage with the upper frame 20, is provided in an electronic apparatus.
