Accordign to the present invention, disclosed is a business model (BM) technology for health care. Namely, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a health care system for detecting a disease name using a disease rule generation algorithm and an operating method thereof promptly perform a customized treatment for a disease of a patient by determining and predicting the disease of the patient in advance based on the body information and family history of the patient by statistically deducting a disease having a determined attribute using a root node or a child node after finding out at least one root node or at least one child node among condition attributes by calculating a first and a second supporting ratio for the condition attributes written in a disease information table. In addition, the present invention provides a chance to completely cure a chronic disease of a patient based on the family history through an advanced medical technology by promptly performing a customized cure for the disease of the patient.
