The rotating rod with basket contains pipes for the rotating rod with high safety factor, all carrying parts made out of round longitudinal welded pipes with wall thickness from 3.2 mm to 3.5 mm coated with protective anticorrosion coating, pipes with diameter: 15 mm; 25 mm; 32 mm; 76 mm; 89 mm, exclude use of complicated and expensive machines, at that thrust cone bearings 7208 are used to rotate the design, blades make the unit energy-independent and permit its supplementation by generator and accumulator to illuminate the structure which elements, namely: basket, blades and blade holders are made out of PVC and polypropylene, thus reducing the structure weight to 35 kg, and ensuring its environmental resistance simplifying installation by means of fixture for round and square poles, and fixture for top part of buildings and roofs, at that the structure length is 3000 mm, diameter of the basket rim is 1900 mm for ball with diameter 3 m, there is dependence between the basket diameter and ball diameter, it can be easy changed to larger and smaller side due to detachable basket elements.EFFECT: optimal selection of the diameter and thickness of pipes, assurance of the corrosion resistance and mechanical strength and connection of all pipes, as well as assurance of safe and effective design of information carrier.10 cl, 10 dwg |
