<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a movable member such as a large workpiece pallet or the like to be smoothly attached to/detached from a reference member. <P>SOLUTION: A plug part (4C) inserted into a socket hole (71) of a movable member (M) protrudes upward from a reference member (R). A plurality of engagement balls (42) are inserted into an upper part of a circumferential wall of a cylindrical member (41) provided at the plug part (4C) in a manner movable in a horizontal direction. A loosely moving sleeve (72) is supported at a lower part of the movable member (M) in a manner movable in the horizontal direction. The loosely moving sleeve (72) is pushed and moved in a radial direction by at least one of the cylindrical member (41) and the engagement ball (42). During clamp driving, a driving means (D) provided at the reference member (R) pulls the movable member (M) downward via the engagement ball (42) and an engaged part (73b) of the loosely moving sleeve (72). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
