摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a light emitting element which achieves small chromatic aberration and improves optical output. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting element 20 includes: an organic EL element 10 where at least an organic light emitting layer 3 is provided between an anode layer 1 and a cathode layer 2; and a translucency support body provided at the light emission surface side of the organic EL element 10. The support body includes a first substrate and a second substrate which is formed at the light emission surface side of the first substrate and is made of a material different from the first substrate. A manufacturing method of the light emitting element 20 includes performing irregularity pattern processing on both surfaces of the support body in advance, which has: a transfer layer formation process where a transfer layer is formed at the support body; and a transfer process where an irregularity pattern of a mold is transferred to the transfer layer by press-holding the mold where the irregularity pattern is formed against the transfer layer after the transfer layer formation process and then separating the mold from the transfer layer.
