<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-quality distilled liquors having enhanced sweet fragrance like cotton candy. <P>SOLUTION: The distilled liquors are produced by using potatos at least as a part of raw materials, and has≥1.0 mg/L of a maltol content and≥0.1 mg/L of a 5-methylfurfural content (each expressed in terms of 25 v/v% of alcohol concentration). Preferably, the furfural content is≥2.0 mg/L (expressed in terms of 25 v/v% of alcohol concentration).
