<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve easiness in operation of adjusting the movement amount of a braking-release operation part, and to increase construction efficiency of an automatic closing device. <P>SOLUTION: This opening/closing device includes: an opening/closing body A1 which makes a closing movement by selfweight; a braking part 4 which brakes the closing movement of the opening/closing body A1 by the selfweight; a braking operation part 5 which operates to release the braking of the braking part 4; the braking-release operation part 6 which operates to make the braking operation part 5 release braking; a load-fluctuation detecting part 71 which detects the fluctuation of the load acting on the braking-release operation part 6 while the braking-release operation part 6 operates the breaking release on the basis of an input braking-release signal; a movability-limit detection part 72 which outputs a movability limit signal by detecting that the detected load fluctuation is the load fluctuation in the movability-limit position of the braking operation part 5; and a control part 75, which controls so as to stop the braking-release operation of the braking-release operation part 6, on the basis of the output movable limit signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
