FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: method of collecting non-grain part of the crop consists of a sequence of operations: cutting the stalks of grain mass, transporting them to a double-drum threshing device, threshing with the release of grain and non-grain part of the crop - straw and chaff, chopping the straw, collection of chaff and the chopped straw into the container. Simultaneously the additional operations are carried out: wetting the chaff and the chopped straw with the binder in the form of syrup with addition of liquid preservative, pressing the chaff and the chopped straw to produce briquettes, accumulation of briquettes with subsequent unloading into the vehicle. The combine for collecting the non-grain part of the crop comprises a header with the feed elevator, a double-drum threshing device, cleaning the thresher with sieves, a fan, an agitator board, a sieve pan with a chute board, straw shakers, a chaff packer, a straw chopper, a hopper for grain collection, which is mounted on the frame of the crawler truck under the sieve pan, a cabin with remote control, and a motor unit. Under the chaff packer a screw press-extruder is mounted, so that the chaff, moved by the chaff packer, is directed to the receiver of the screw press-extruder, which is connected with the straw chopper through the space between two panels, hingedly fixed in the lower part of the straw chopper. In the receiver of the screw press-extruder the nozzles are installed for spraying liquid binder in the form of syrup and a liquid preservative. On top on the sidewall of the combine thresher the containers for the liquid binder in the form of syrup are mounted, and also for liquid preservative.EFFECT: use of this group of inventions enables to reduce the cost for transportation of non-grain part of the crop.6 cl, 5 dwg |
