FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: in liquid atomiser containing a hollow casing with nozzle and central core, the casing is made with channel for liquid supply, and coaxial sleeve rigidly connected with said casing and having nozzle secured at its bottom part, sleeve top cylindrical step is thread connected with central core arranged with ring clearance relatively to the cylindrical sleeve inner surface, said core consists of cylindrical section with swirler arranged coaxially in its bottom part and made as cylinder with central orifice, the two-lead thread is made on outer surface of said cylinder, and in the central orifice the element of secondary flow vortex is installed, it is made as cylindrical coil spring located aflush with top end of the swirler, and projecting beyond its bottom end by value not exceeding diameter of the central orifice, to the bottom of the nozzle sleeve cylindrical section with coaxially secured swirler and secondary flow vortex element projecting beyond the swirler bottom end the flow divider is secured, it is made in form of mesh diffuser, larger base of its truncated cone projects beyond the secondary flow vortex element.EFFECT: higher efficiency of fine liquid spraying.1 dwg |
