FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for the surgical management of Perthes disease. Two osteoperforations are formed along an external and internal surface of a distal metadiaphysis. Two flexible elastic rods are delivered; the external one is pre-bent at an angle of 20°-30° in a plane of the existent apical bend of the rod; the bend length is determined taking into account the level of the planned osteotomy and a size of the greater trochanter. An oblique wedge subtrochanteric osteotomy is extended from the 1.5cm incision at an angle to a femoral axis with a wedge base of 0.5-1.0cm to the inside. The femur is bent in the hip joint. The external rod is advanced above the osteotomy towards the lesser trochanter, flipped over, medialised and performing a varus osteotomy of the proximal portion at an angle of the pre-bent and the base of the wedge; the rod is delivered to the internal cortical layer of the greater trochanter. The internal rod is delivered above the osteotomy line keeping it unbent and having the unchanged configuration.EFFECT: method enables reducing injuries, improving the blood circulation of the proximal portion of the femur, creating the biomechanical conditions for the restoration of the congruent head of the femoral bone.2 cl, 15 dwg, 2 ex |
