<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder and an inkjet recording method by which images are recorded so that joint parts of respective colors do not overlap in a recording medium even while arranging joint heads of respective colors without displacing the heads in a conveying direction. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of nozzles 63 which are continuously arranged are set as recording nozzles out of the plurality nozzles 63 included in an overlap region 64 to each of a plurality of chips 61, 62 arranged while arranging the overlap region 64 each time when scanning a recording head. Thereby, the joint parts of the respective colors are not emphasized and "joint stripes" caused by the difference of the record timing of the respective colors do not appear because the images can be recorded without overlapping the joint parts of the respective colors in the recording medium. Furthermore, the frequency in the use of the nozzles 63 in the overlap region 64 can be uniformized and the service life of the recording head 60 can be prolonged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
