<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately weigh a target weight of cooked rice. <P>SOLUTION: A device for producing a determined amount of material lumps comprises: a first processing part M1 that produces mainly-weighed cooked rice Rm targeting a set weight value less than a final target weight value and conveys the mainly-weighed cooked rice Rm while weighing the weight thereof; a second processing part M2 that is disposed on the downstream side of the first processing part M1 in a conveying direction, produces supplementarily-weighed cooked rice Rs targeting a supplement weight value that is a weight difference between the weight of the mainly-weighed cooked rice Rm and the final target weight value, supplements the mainly weighed cooked rice Rm with the supplementarily-weighed cooked rice Rs, and measures the weight thereof during conveyance; and control parts 31, 32 that perform a first control for controlling the first processing part M1 so as to produce the mainly-weighted cooked rice Rm supplemented with the weight difference between a weight value obtained by multiplying the weight weighed in the second processing part M2 by a distribution ratio of the mainly-weighed cooked rice and the set weight value and perform a second control for controlling the second processing part M2 so as to produce the supplementarily-weighed cooked rice Rs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
