<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of linking the use of electronic money and a reginal point awarding system having a condition different for each region. <P>SOLUTION: A reginal point awarding system comprises a regional system server connected to a versatile settlement system server. The regional system server includes a condition table for setting conditions of awarding rates of region specific points corresponding to electronic currency information in a versatile currency information storage area subtracted at least by a settlement when a storage medium accesses a settlement terminal in the settlement.
