<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnosis method of rotary machine systems that is capable of setting the standard of abnormality determination and recognition and is more sensitive than previous methods. <P>SOLUTION: The abnormality diagnosis method includes: a first process for obtaining a reference amplitude probability density function fr(x) on the basis of a wave form of a reference sinusoidal signal of the rating current of the electric motor 11 to be diagnosed; a second process for obtaining an inspection-time amplitude probability density function ft(x) on the basis of a wave form of a current of the electric motor 11 at the time of operating which is measured and subjected to A/D conversion; a third process for calculating ID and/or KI with regard to the reference amplitude probability density function fr(x) and the inspection-time amplitude probability density function ft(x); and a fourth process for determining that there is abnormality in a rotary machine system composed of the electric motor 11 and a machine system 12 driven by the electric motor when the calculated value, compared with R<SB POS="POST">ID</SB>(α,β) and R<SB POS="POST">KI</SB>(α,β) that are obtained from the predetermined over-detection rateαand overlooking rateβ, satisfies one of or both of ID≤R<SB POS="POST">ID</SB>(α,β) and KI≤R<SB POS="POST">KI</SB>(α,β). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
