摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve utilization efficiency of a service robot. <P>SOLUTION: In a robot control method, history of a state transition of the robot is held, an interruption request for the robot generated in a control device is received, a waiting time for an interruption processing estimated for the interruption request is calculated based on the history of the state transition of the robot when the robot is not in a state in which the interruption request is interruptible, and the waiting time is presented to the control device. A step of holding the history of the state transition holds the history of the state transition of the robot in the form of a state transition string and further includes a step of determining the number of times of appearance of the state transition string in which the robot transits from an optional state to a different state.
