<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a right-turn vehicle separation system pedestrian/vehicle separation control for giving as a long passage time as possible to a crossing pedestrian without increasing installation costs not that much. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a traffic signal control device 1 configured to perform right-turn vehicle separation system pedestrian/vehicle separation control for separating a time zone when a passage right is given to a right-turn vehicle which passes specific inflow paths L1 and L5 of an intersection IS from a time zone when the passage right is given to the crossing pedestrian of a road intersecting the specific inflow paths L1 and L5 at the intersection IS. This traffic signal control device 1 includes: a determination part (control part 101) for determining a right-turn demand in the specific inflow paths L1 and L5; and a time setting part (control part 101) for determining the green time of a pedestrian light 2B for displaying the presence/absence of the passage right of the crossing pedestrian in accordance with the determined right-turn demand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
