Provided is a sealing device formed by combining a slinger and a lip member, the sealing device being configured so as to improve the sealing properties thereof, particularly the sealing properties against outside dust. In order to obtain such properties, the sealing device has a slinger mounted to one of two members rotating relative to each other and also has a lip member mounted to the other of the two members, the slinger being integrally provided with a cylindrical section fitted to the one member, and with a flange section extending in the radial direction, the lip member having an end face lip in close contact with the flange section in a slideable manner. The sealing device is characterized in that a bent section protruding in the axial direction toward the lip member is provided to the flange section and in that a labyrinth structure provided with a minute gap is provided between the bent section and the lip member. |
