A dual-mode display according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate and a plurality of fine pixels which are formed on the substrate. Each fine pixel includes an emissive device, a color selection reflection plate which is arranged on one side of the emissive device, and an optical shutter which is arranged on the other side of the emissive device. The emissive device includes a cathode and an anode. The cathode and the anode include binary or ternary transparent conductive oxide which includes graphene sheets, graphene flakes, graphene platelets, indium oxide, tin oxide, and zinc oxide.
