The present invention relates to soondae which is a Korean dish made generally by boiling or steaming cow or pig′s intestines that are stuffed with various ingredients, and a method for manufacturing soondae. More specifically, the present invention includes sweet laver and green laver to remove unique smell of soondae and additionally has a konjak to have an excellent internal binding force. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing soondae comprises: a washing step of washing vegetables and pig′s intestines; a cellophane noodles preparation step; a cooked glutinous rice preparation step; a soondae ingredients making step; a filling step; a soondae forming step; and a cooling treatment step. |
