Provided are an apparatus and a method for estimating a semi-healthy factor. The apparatus may comprise: a display unit, an input unit, a calculation unit, and a result output unit. The display unit shows questions required to estimate a semi-healthy factor, and the input unit receives response values for the questions. In addition, the calculation unit calculates the sum of the input values and converts the sum to a semi-healthy factor, and the result output unit outputs calculated semi-healthy factors and reliability estimation results, according to the entire set of questions and to each classification criteria.
