The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting display device comprising: a first substrate and a second substrate including first pixels and second pixels; a bank layer formed in the boundary regions between the first pixels and the second pixels on the first substrate; a light-emitting layer formed in the first pixels on the first substrate; a light-shielding layer formed in the boundary regions between the first pixels and the second pixels on the second substrate; and a color filter formed in the first pixels on the second substrate, wherein the upper end of the bank layer is formed to be higher than the upper end of the light-emitting layer with respect to the surface of the first substrate, and the upper end of the light-shielding layer is formed to be higher than the upper end of the color filter with respect to the surface of the second substrate. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the quality of a screen is improved as the passing of light emitted from the light-emitting layer of a pixel into the color filter of adjacent pixel is minimized or prevented by forming the light-shielding layer higher than the color filter and forming the bank layer higher than the light-emitting layer.
