The present invention relates to a deck with a function of a security wall. According to the present invention, the deck with a function of a security wall comprises: a frame including a pair of vertical frames and a pair of horizontal frames, which are connected with each other; lifting means coupled to the vertical frames to be symmetrical with each other, respectively; a motor coupled to the horizontal frame positioned on an upper part of the frame to provide power; a driving means having one longitudinal end coupled to both sides of the motor and the other longitudinal ends connected to the lifting means through gear boxes provided on both ends of the horizontal frame; and a rotating frame positioned in the frame and coupled to the horizontal frame to be rotated. The rotating frame is connected to link arms coupled to the lifting means to be vertically moved. The lifting means includes: rails coupled to the vertical frames in a longitudinal direction; a pair of support blocks placed on both ends of the rails in the longitudinal direction to be apart at a predetermined distance and coupled to vertical frames, respectively; screws placed on the rail to be apart at a predetermined distance and coupled to the support blocks; loading blocks coupling to the screws to vertically move the link arms; and vertical shaft having one ends and the other ends coupled to the gear boxes and the support blocks positioned on an upper part, respectively.
